We explored all the old toys and games under the tree and got to warn them of the dangers of playing too hard with the Slinky because we remembered how easy it was to get them tangled and how they then became unusable. They all loved the bowling game in the basement and I enjoyed feeding my 4 month old granddaughter while sitting in the very comfortable old barber chair. So many memories and it's all thanks to you.
How did the open house go? I hope the two ladies, that we met, got a chance to come back to enjoy it. We sang it's praises and I think they were anxious to see it. Meeting you was a treat. You have such a big heart and a delightful personality. I'm sure that 914 will be a success and that a lot of families will be making their own memories in it. I mentioned it at work and someone said that I should send her the info because this year she wants to visit Pennsylvania and the house sounds great.
Hopefully we'll be able to keep up with the progress of the house and stay in touch.
Very Thankfully, Mary & Ken Jomisko

p.s. The picture is of Tanner and I looking out the window at the snow. Ken woke me up at 6:00 a.m. on the 31st to tell me it was snowing. We sat on the edge of the bed and watched the snow fall in the dark with the wind
blowing it around. Nighttime snow is my favorite and the memory will stay in my mind for as long as I can hold it there. |
